Selena Gomez May Re-Record “If Cupid Had A Heart”

Posted on: December 6, 2010

Hey guys,

Some good news for Sel fans that loved the first song we heard from her on “Hannah Montana” back in 2008. Sel did not actually sing  “If Cupid Had A Heart” at that time and it was not the full song that was featured on the show. If Disney goes for this then Sel would write/re-write the song, record it with her singing it this time and it could be released on one of the Disney Jams CDs

A Disney Channel Representative had  this to say about this today:

“Gomez might record/re-write a full version of “If Cupid Had A Heart” (working title). The small snippet was featured on HM- in 2008. f the Disney board agrees on going forward with it and releasing it as a Walt Disney Records label it could be featured in one of Disney Jams cd, that get released every year worldwide.”

When we first heard this song we thought Sel was singing it and we fell in love with the song and became instant fans at that point of Sel. It was a little disappointing when we found out she was not doing the singing but it was too late when we found out and we were already hooked on Sel.

Would you guys like to see actually record this song?
