MTV has reported Miley Cyrus was not drunk & stumbling outside of Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood on Tuesday. Miley was in a meeting with producer Dr. Luke at the hotel, where they discussed writing music for other artists. Miley was ‘actually blinded by the flashing lights of the paparazzi, not stumbling.’
