‘Mean Girls 2’ Promo Pics!!!

Diego Boneta shows Meaghan Martin and Jennifer Stone the picture he just took of them on his camera in this brand-new still from Mean Girls 2!
The new tale follows new high school student, Jo (Martin), who agrees to befriend an outcast, Abby (Stone), at the urging of Abby’s wealthy father in exchange for paying all of Jo’s costs for the college of her dreams.
Jo and Abby team up to take on the school’s “mean girls,” the Plastics. The story becomes a high stakes battle of loyalty that ultimately comes to a head when one of our heroines finds out that her friendship has been bought and paid for.
Mean Girls 2 premieres Sunday, January 23rd @ 8PM ET/PT on ABC Family.

“A sequel to the film, Mean Girls 2, will be directed by Melanie Mayron and written by Elana Lesser and Cliff Ruby. It began filming in July 2010 in Atlanta. Maiara Walsh confirmed through her Twitter that she will star as the lead “Plastic” in the film. The story revolves around a new high school student Jo (to be played by Meaghan Jette Martin), who agrees to befriend an outcast, Abby, at the urging of Abby’s wealthy father in exchange for paying all of Jo’s costs for the college of her dreams. Jo and Abby team up to take on the school’s mean girls, the Plastics. The story becomes a high stakes battle of loyalty that ultimately comes to a head when one of the heroines finds out that her friendship has been bought and paid for. Nicole Anderson (of JONAS L.A.) confirmed on her Twitter account that she will be in Mean Girls 2 as well, as well as Jennifer Stone.”
